55 g burro fuso tiepido
Farcia:
1 dl panna fresca
100 g cioccolato bianco
Decorazione:
2,5 dl panna fresca
175 g cioccolato fondente
25 g burro
25 g nocciole tostate
marmellata di albicocche tiepida
meringhe
meringhe
Preparazione della base:
- Versate
- Verificate
- Unite
il cioccolato bianco ed amalgamate. Lasciatela raffreddare a temperatura
fruste.
Come decorare :
Come potete vedere dalle foto, io ho

100 g white chocolate
Decoration:
2.5 dl fresh cream
175 g dark chocolate

warm apricot jam
meringues
Preparation of the base:
- Pour the eggs, sugar and vanilla into a heatproof bowl.
Steam over very low heat and whip until the mixture is warm.
- Remove from the steam cooker and whip until you get a
swollen mass.
- Sift the flour and starch and add them to the mixture,
mixing well. Pour the melted butter into the mixture.

- Check with the toothpick test and then let the cake cool.
Prepare the filling:
- Break up the white chocolate.
- Warm up the fresh cream and before it begins to boil,
remove from heat.
- Add the white chocolate and mix. Let cool to room

How to decorate:

rum. Spread the white chocolate cream on the base an then lean over the other

- Heat the jam in the microwave, pass it through a sieve and
spread it on the cake.
- Spread the hazelnut and dark chocolate cream with the help
of a knife.
- Take a pastry bag, fill with the cream advanced and
decorated the cake. As you can see from the photos, I used the white chocolate
cream to do the writing and the dark chocolate cream to create the tufts, which
I alternated with the meringues (see recipe)
- Put the cake in the refrigerator for at least an hour.
